Many people have died with the open violence in Kyrgyzstan which has created about 400,000 refugees and destroyed the budget the nation has kept. The violence has been caused between troops and civilians because of the nation's move toward parliamentary democracy, which overthrew President Kurmanbek Bakiyev and militants from Uzbekistan. Kyrgyzstan has been trying to recuperate now that the fighting is stopping. And as current reports from Reuters and other international media sources indicate, instant cash is on the way.
