Know the Symptoms of Your Chest Pains

You wake up and you go to the doctor. For some reason, your chest has really been bothering you this day and you don’t want to worry about it anymore. Perhaps heart disease is big in your family and when you get chest pains, you freak out. Regardless, you go to the doctor, sit down and then wait for him or her to come through the door to start talking to you about why you came in.
When he does, you start to explain what your health symptoms are. Whatever they may be, you explain each one so that he knows what to expect. For instance, if you have really bad chest pain and your left arm is numbing, he will probably rush you off to the ER because you’re close to having a heart attack. Just by knowing these symptoms, he is able to properly diagnose you. Medicine really is that fantastic.
Once he knows the symptoms, he can either run more tests to determine exactly what is going on or he can just give you a diagnosis, prescribe some medicine, and tell you that you need to exercise more. Chances are, a bad heart is caused by lack of exercise or smoking too much.
